Yes. Watches are shipped from China.
2. What logistics do you use?
We use Morning Global as our logistics provider.
Final delivery is handled by local courier services, including but not limited to India Post, Delhivery, Ecom Express, and XpressBees, selected at random.
The estimated total delivery time is approximately 15 days.
3.How much is the shipping cost?
A shipping fee of $9.99 will be charged for each watch.
4.Do I need to pay customs duties?
No, you don’t. The customs duties are fully covered by us. We use DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) clearance, and all duties have already been paid to the shipping company at the time of dispatch. You can shop with confidence.
5. How to pay and place an order without a PayPal account?
According to the payment data of existing Indian customers, customers without PayPal will use VISA, MASTERCARD, DINERSCLUB credit cards to pay. In addition, the website store does not support cash on delivery for the time being.
6. Does India have a display cabinet or after-sales point?
Currently, only China has a display cabinet. There is no after-sales point in India. If there is a problem with the watch, it needs to be sent to the Chinese headquarters for repair.
